Ideal for younger players or those who want a simple mechanism, our 3 Valve model uses the same quality and overall design of our more advanced models. The same Professional Bore (.591″) and Larger Bell design (11.8″ upright) from our 4 valve & compensating models is used so as to not sacrifice overall tone performance while still providing the simplicity of a student 3 valve euphonium. It also uses a Large Shank mouthpiece so as to not hinder the horn’s tonal performance.
