Description A very rare 1775-1783 British infantry officers hanger from the American revolutionary war. The hanger of 31.75 inches with a 25.75 inch slightly curved double fullered blade, double edged to the tip. Brass mounts with urn shaped pommel and chain link. The reeded grip of dyed bone. The overall condition is very good, very slight damage to the grip and light pitting in places to the blade.
